The best friend of a lot of young boys is their family dog. No one else can replace the love felt towards their pet friend.  15 years ago, I also had my all-loving pet. His name was Vigo. He had unlimited energy and love. We spent an extensive amount of time together, and I still remember him.

The painting is a tribute to all of the family pets that, in childhood, were the best friends of so many. And understand that the connection between a human and their dog is a special, irreplaceable bond for a lifetime.

The painting is part of the mini collection “Memories”.
