I am Mārtiņš, and I’ve been painting for a few years now. Initially, this started as a hobby, but, gradually, I’ve now dedicated myself to this art form full-time, channeling all my energy, time, sleepless nights, and creativity into each piece. Each painting is a new journey for me, an exploration of light, color, and emotion, and, with the highest hopes, I wish to take you with me on this journey.

Together with my wife Ieva we’ve developed and curated a collection of our art. I invite you to explore this collection and discover pieces that resonate with you. Whether you are a seasoned art enthusiast or new to the world of painting and photography, I hope my work inspires and captivates you as much as it does me.

Hey! I am Ieva, I am an occasional artist and I like to explore different challenges and various materials (quick tip – if you see something other than an oil painting in Virsis Art collections, it was probably made by me). I am mostly the person who moves the business side forward, taking care of marketing, business management and other technical questions.
